Yam Pottage
Though mainly popular among Yoruba speaking parts of Nigeria, Yam Pottage is increasingly becoming popular in urban areas. It is made from Puna yam and very little spice so that its sweetness is retained. Palm oil, crab meat and various types of leafy vegetables are used to give it an authentic flavour. Yan pottage with plantain
